New Years Resolution 01/01/2010
The problem with new years resolutions are that people set the standards to high, make goals to complex, or create a task that is simply unrealistic. I think resolutions can be good if they remain achievable. My goal for this year is to exercise daily. I will commit to one sit up a day. I will do half a sit up as I get out of bed in the morning and the other half when I lay down at night. CommentsLeave a Reply | Interested?
